Tomorrow, July 27,
is a special day for Japanese people. It’s a Doyo No Ushi (土用の丑)day. They are going to eat the same kind of
fish, especially grilled one. What fish
do they eat? It’s the eel. At restaurants, eels are
dipped in the sweet soy source, and grilled over Sumi charcoal. The smell is irresistible!
Will the typhoon stop people from tasting those delicious eels? Maybe not! うなぎはeelですね。さてsea eelは何でしょうか?
